Stratus has created two, FREE educational programs for EEG Techs to access live and on-demand after the webinar has concluded.

Learning Objectives:
1. Describe key differences between adult and pediatric/neonatal EEG setup, including electrode application, montage selection, technical considerations, and filter settings.
2. Review neonatal EEG ontogeny and the expected maturational changes in EEG background from extreme prematurity, around 24 weeks gestational age, through term age.
3. Identify important neonatal EEG background abnormalities and recognize electrographic seizures that require prompt communication with the interpreting epileptologist.

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify the AI-based tools currently used in EEG acquisition and review, including automated artifact rejection, spike/seizure detection software, and quantitative EEG (qEEG) trending displays.
2. Describe how AI-assisted detection affects the technologist's workflow at the bedside and in the lab, including how to recognize and flag false positives/negatives and the continued need for skilled human review.
3. Explain the technologist's role in ensuring data quality for AI systems, including the impact of proper electrode application, impedance management, and artifact minimization on algorithm performance.
